WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Please allow up to 7 additional business days for your refund to process. Once your return package has been received, it can take up to 12 business days total to process. You will receive an email once your return has processed.

Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to process after your return package is delivered. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment. For example, if a Gift Card was used to place the order the refund would be issued back to the original gift card used on the order.

You can see if your package has delivered using the tracking number.

If you used the supplied return label, you will be able to track the package through FedEx. If the return package was handled by USPS, they will deliver the package to FedEx and state that the package has been "Delivered to Agent." Please use the same tracking number through FedEx. 

You will receive an email when your return has been confirmed and your refund has been processed.
